Our first homesites will be offered in early to mid-2011. Each home site will be close to amenities with your choice to buy a green modular or custom-built home utilizing eco-friendly materials. All homes must have a green certification and use alternative energy for at least part of your energy needs. Styles will be eclectic with continuity within each neighborhood. All will pass architectural review.

Phase 1 home sites cost $30,000 with a $5,000 discount if you ride your bike or walk to work or maintain a good-size organic garden. Home prices are estimated to be in a range from the 100s–200s, more or less depending on your choice of materials, designs, green features, etc.
Less is More: we encourage and support everyone saving money and offer guidance to help you to get the best value for a home that inspires you.
